2021 HEALTH & FITNESS CHALLENGE

CFW Community,

With our Online Coaching launching in a few days, more exciting news is on the way! We are 1 week away from launching the next health & fitness challenge. This challenge is designed to help you fast-track your goals this 2021!

The camp is designed to help individuals of all skill levels, ages and experience levels prepare for the CrossFit Open; a world-wide, all-inclusive online competition.

What is the CrossFit Open?

The CrossFit Open will be a 3-week ONLINE competition this year that will be held in March. With workouts released on a weekly basis, it is designed to keep you motivated and working towards your goals. Workouts will be announced each week which will test a unique aspect of your fitness. Each workout is designed to include all skill sets, ages, and experience levels in CrossFit.

Do not let the current situation that we all are facing impact your performance, because the CrossFit Open will be designed to be the most accessible Open competition yet! You will have the flexibility to compete at our local box or at home to accommodate the possibility that gyms may have closures and/or for any other health concerns.

CFW Open Camp

The focus is to not only prepare you but accelerate your physical and mental capacities! Build strength, improve your cardio, learn a new skill, stay connected with the community and reach your peak performance level with guidance from a CFW Coach in time for the 2021 CrossFit Open.

Registration and Goal Setting

In the initial registration phase, we will be analyzing and properly assigning you to a coach to help guide you to your goals! This will be an email in-take package that you will complete upon registration.

Remember the goal of this camp is not only to perform but a chance for you to work with a world-class coach to help reach your goals specific to you. Accomplish multiple goals as you will find working on one goal will help you in other areas of health and fitness important to you. Lose 5-10lbs of bodyweight, find a sustainable diet for you, and or all of the above!

Meet new CFW members and build comradery that will help you and your team stay accountable to your goals! With the help of our new digital platform, each team can stay connected and help each other to create a fun and engaging experience along the way.

Camp

The camp will start on February 1st, and run for 5-weeks. Before and during the 5-week challenge, you will meet with your team coach and with other members to discuss your weekly tasks, goals, and all the PRs you have been making along the way.

Coaches will track, evaluate, and assign you valuable daily tasks to help you work towards those goals you set out in the beginning. Coaches will also help you stay on track and be accountable for your goals along this experience.

Challenges within Challenges!

Movement challenges will be an added mix to the camp. Based on your team and focus you will have optional movement challenges to complete along the way to keep you motivated and working towards your goals!

Registration will cost $50 (including tax), and sign-up will be open between January 8th-22nd on Mindbody. Details on registration will be released on Friday, January 8th.
