Wherever your life experiences have taken you to this point, we have the right programs for you to progress your health. Your plan will be custom tailored to serve your individual needs and goals.

Your positive experience, safety, and results are paramount to our Coaches as they guide you along your Health & Fitness journey. CFW Coaches are hand-selected, and then developed internally, through our exhaustive apprenticeship programs. Apprentices are chosen by their proven Health & Fitness knowledge, passion, and experience level with CFW’s programs. Most importantly, our Coaches are good humans that demonstrate our Core Values. They are trustworthy, have patience, and are empathic to your needs. We care.
During your free initial consultation, we will explore your Health & Fitness history, needs, and goals. We then thoroughly describe our services to ensure that all of your questions are answered before committing to our club. No! We believe your sustainable Health & Fitness solutions need to be enjoyable if you want the results to stick long term. Your best health is whatever results you can achieve, while living the healthiest lifestyle you actually enjoy.
My life is very hectic these days. Is this the best time to start?
Do you need a lifeguard when you're comfortable in the shallow end of the pool, or when you're struggling in the rocky waters of the deep ocean? Our team of lifeguards (coaches) will help you take the stressors off of your plate, not the other way around. There's never going to be a perfect time to start, but we will make the process of change as easy as possible for you, and start with some baby steps... right now.
How long does it take to get results?
Big transformations take time, and we specialize in coaching realistic lifestyle habits that are sustainable for the long haul. But if you’re consistent with following our plans (and we’ll help you stay accountable), changes will start to come quickly. In only 30 days you will likely start feeling, looking, and performing noticeably better!
Is functional exercise and lifting weights safe?
With any exercise program or sport there is some risk. However, every time you come in for a session we have a highly trained professional coach watching all of your movements. It is our number one priority to ensure you are moving safely and efficiently. By training at CFW, you'll improve your mobility, strengthen your heart, increase bone density, and gain the muscles you need to keep your joints safe. All of these things make your body more resilient to accidents and injuries that can happen any day outside of the gym. It’s more unsafe to avoid CFW!
Do I have to be fit / healthy to join? I'm really out of shape.
If you are out of shape, our programs are the solution. Helping people with big Health & Fitness transformations is our specialty! People often ask if they should start running, or lifting weights, or eating better on their own for a while to be prepared before they start at CFW. This do-it-yourself method doesn’t work for most people because Health & Fitness is complex. Exercising (and dieting) without a professional's guidance is not only confusing, but can also be unsafe. Figuring it all out on your own often results in time wasted, as you would have been much further along on your path to success at CFW!
Do you offer remote services or online coaching?
Yes, almost all of our services are also offered remotely via video calls.
What about sleep, is that important?
Extremely important! True Health is much more than just 'diet and exercise'. Our Nutrition Programs dive deep into our 4 Pillars of Health - Nutrition, Movement, Restoration, and Mindset. Your custom tailored plan will start by executing the smallest lifestyle habit changes (within those Pillars) that will result in the biggest wins. As you grow, and your health progresses, so will your plan!
How many times per week must I exercise to get results?
It depends on your current fitness levels, your body's needs, and what your goals are. However, intentionally moving three times a week, along with proper rest and nutrition would be a great starting point for anyone.
I’m REALLY busy. What time commitment can I expect?
Our customizable plans will make your life easier and more enjoyable. We realized a long time ago that almost everyone is busy. So we created programs specifically to help people become most effective with their time, while making sure they are still prioritizing their health. Efficiency and results is our jam!
