(1) OLYMPIC LIFT
Every 2 minute x 5
3-Position Squat Snatch (Floor, Hang, Hi-Hang)

Note: Focus on maintaining contact with the bar throughout each lift. Add weight if you’re maintaining form and technique.

(2) WOD
EMOM 10 – For Reps
1st – ME Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
2nd – 50ft Sled Push (145/125)
