Run CFW, Run!!

Hey CFW,
Believe it or not, Christmas is less than 7 weeks away and the KW Santa Clause Parade is less than TWO weeks away!! This year, CFW is putting together a team to run in the 9th annual Santa Pur-suit – a 3km fun run where a crowd of jolly people participate in a 3k run dressed in Santa suits!
This event is a fundraiser for programming for the YMCAs of Cambridge and Kitchener-Waterloo. Besides being fun and seasonal, it is a timed race event, if that gets your competitive juices flowing. We are doing this as a fun team event, not for time, so whether this is your first run or you’re a veteran, we’d love to have you on the CFW team! The run takes place before the famous KW Santa Claus parade. Check out their website here to find out more.

WHEN: Nov.19th at 9:45am
WHERE: 101 Frederick St. E – 21 Weber St. N (Hakim Optical parking lot)
TEAM NAME: Oh deer, CFW is here!

COSTUME PICKUP: at Runners’ Choice (Friday 5pm-7pm, Saturday 8am-930am)
AFTER THE RUN: Stick around and enjoy hot chocolate and snacks at the KW Santa Claus parade!
