BEYOND COACHING

Your experience, growth, and safety are paramount to our Coaches as they provide personal attention to your every movement and exercise. CFW coaches are hand-selected and then developed internally, through an exhaustive one-year apprenticeship program. Apprentices are chosen by their proven fitness knowledge, movement ability, and experience level with CFW’s program. And on top of that, our Coaches have patience and are empathic to your needs.
