Who doesn’t enjoy having some progress and gains!? Well our Challenge is around the corner and we would like to get ready for our “Double BLT” Challenge. This challenge is for everyone from any fitness level and with any goal in mind. In other words, you tell us your goal and having your own personal goal is what this challenge is about! To get started we want you to fill out the short survey by clicking HERE. The challenge kicks off a week from today on November 9th, so please fill out the survey by Saturday November 7th.

How this challenge will work is that you will be put in a group that has a similar goal agenda in mind. Each group will have a CFW Coach that will be there to help achieve goal in a 6-week period. That’s right, this is a 6-week challenge, where there will be Zoom chats with your Coach and group members. Your Coach will be there to help you with any questions you may have about your goal. Being paired in a group with similar goal will help by working with your community members (just like being in a class), where discussions can be shared on strategies that are working or not.

For those that participated in the BLT last year, you will see some similarities in this year’s challenge. There will be a scorecard that will be sent out, and it is there to guide you to achieve your goal.  However, this year’s challenge will have different features from last year’s challenge, and it is open to all our members for FREE. That means if you are working out at home, we want you to join the challenge too!

We will kick off the challenge with a Zoom chat next week, and your Group Coach will reach out to set up a time. Over the 6-week period there will be check in’s over Zoom, so please set up a Zoom account (if you do not have one). Emails will be sent out as well, so don’t forget to give us your email in the survey at the bottom. Last of all, for all those social media users, be sure to use #Fitspo and #CFW for any Instagram updates that you choose to have along the way. We want to see all posts and celebrate milestones!
