The 6-week challenge is about to kick off. Your goals have us excited, be sure to Sign up!

The focus of the challenge is what you tell us what to help you with. If your goal has changed or needs a fine tuning, well it is not too late. You will be working with an Accountability Coach, where they will be revisiting your goal and making any suggestions needed to help you achieve your goal. That will be the time to update your coach with any changes. We pretty much are here to help assure you hit your goal; how neat is that 😊.

To assure we hit that goal in mind, be sure to have your survey submitted. You can do so by clicking HERE. When you fill out the survey, pick the answer that best suits your goal, and be as specific as you like.

From your survey, we will be grouping you into small groups. Your Coach will work with the group at an individual and group level. An email will be sent out over the weekend, where details for the challenge are provided ie. who your Coach will be and other details to help you during the challenge.

Your goal happens to be a great reason to be excited for. Working with other members driven to a similar goal, adds motivation to the group… making that finish line taste sweeter! To help over the 6-weeks, there will be a scorecard. This scorecard will reflect your goal that you set out to. Full scorecard details will come in a kickoff email.

After meeting with your Coach for the goal review, you will have bi-weekly check in’s. These virtual meetings will be group based, where everyone can share what is working, give tips, or ask for guidance. Also, a mid-week update (starting in week 2) will come. Where the focus is to help everyone stay motivated.
