Schedule Changes coming Next Week!

Hey CFW Community,

Man alive summer goes so fast! The distinct signs of fall are here already, and I know many of you are thankful for the breeze blowing through those open bay doors rather than the scorching heat of the sun. Fall seems to be a season of new routines and a lot of us are settling into a change of pace after the summer months.  We have some exciting changes coming to the schedule that we hope will help you be consistent so if you’ve fallen off the workout wagon these last few months, see this as an opportunity to start fresh and get back on track!

Early Morning Class Change

We have been hearing from a lot of our early morning crew that they are missing the 60-minute class format. Thank you for your feedback – we hear you and we are excited to make this change right away! Starting Monday, September 20, our early morning class will no longer be a 45-minute Express class but will be a full 60-minute CFW WOD class.

**PLEASE NOTE**
This means that class will be starting at 6:15 rather than 6:30 so set your alarm!

We will still have a 45-minute Outside the Box open gym time after class, from 7:15-8:00, for those of you working on extra programming or just enjoying the additional gym time. We look forward to having our full schedule back in the near future and part of that will include a second morning class. Right now, we are waiting for our classes to fill up before adding more so if you’d like to see additional classes on the schedule, vote with your attendance by coming to class (and get fit and healthy in the process!)

 

Thursday Evening Classes

We are also excited to announce that our Thursday evening slots are back to being regular classes as of September 23rd. Open gym will still be an option, but we will be running two 60-minute CFW WOD classes at 4:30 and 5:45. This is another step closer to having our full class schedule back. With classes available 6 days a week, we hope you will all be inspired to set some new goals and get to work on achieving them! If you’re not sure what your next goal should be, reach out to any of our awesome coaches; they would love to chat with you about what to work on next!
