2nd – Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
3rd – V-sits
4th – Wallballs (20/14)
5th – Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Note: Each interval should be completed at a 80-90% effort. The intent of this workout is to build your aerobic capacity. Use each rest interval to regain your breathing tempo and prepare to hit the next interval at the same intensity.
