Reopening Details
Hey CFW,
Thank you all for your patience as we have worked out the details for reopening tomorrow. We are excited to see everyone again and to get back to working hard together. Please take a minute to read through the details below so that coming back to class can run as smoothly as possible for everyone.
Here’s what you need to know:
1.ALL our classes will be 45 minutes EXPRESS classes right now. This will allow us to run more classes each day as our capacity will be limited to 10 people per class.
** Please know that we will make any necessary changes to the schedule if classes are filling up. We will make sure that everyone can get to class throughout the week**
2. Due to the smaller size, class signups are mandatory. There will be no drop-ins without signing up. Please note: we will not be running our Outside the Box open gym class.
3. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your class to allow the spot to be open for another member. Sign up with be restricted to 1 class per day.
4. Waterloo Region is now in Red Zone so please follow Covid protocol by doing a self-screen prior to your class and following COVID protocol when attending class.
5. Take note of our new FUNCTIONS class schedule to avoid signing up for the wrong class. Functions classes will be held Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10:30am.
6. We will continue to use the Crunch Fitness entrance however Crunch is not open yet so your coach will meet you 5 minutes prior to the start of class to open the door. Please wear your mask upon entering the building.
Get ready! We are updating the Mindbody schedule right now so you will be able to sign up for classes very soon.
