Note: The goal of the push press is to build upper body strength. Control your dip to allow you to maximize your strength overhead. Start at a weight that feels like a 7-8/10 in terms of difficulty OR approximately 70% of your 1 RM.

15 Dual KB Deadlifts
15 Dual KB Front Squats
15 Dual KB Russian Kettlebell Swings
M – 24kg
F – 16kg
Note: The goal of this workout is to build strength and skill. Choose a weight where you can maintain control of the kettlebells.
