Congratulations on Week 1… Week 2 here we go!
Great job to everyone that logged in workouts this past week. We thank everyone that has joined the Online Coaching and for being open and patience as we pivot in this direction due to the lockdown. Our first goal has been to have the community transition onto TrainHeroic. If you have not had a chance or have questions, please refer to the Online Coaching Blog or your Team Coach.
The work is not done at CFW with the Online Coaching platform. There is much to be done still and as we continue to progress, please be sure to share feedback and stay tune to all updates. Keep logging your workouts on the App, as this will help you keep to your routine and become more comfortable with the App. This week we would like to see you track your workout Reps or Rounds.
From the previous lockdown, we understand that equipment is important and we have not overlooked this. Our initial focus has been in the transition and kick off of the App. As we progress further with the Online Coaching, we will be shifting some focus onto Equipment Rentals soon. Before we shift focus please be sure familiarize yourself with the App. This week that means tracking your workout Reps or Time. Anyone that is not setup on TrainHeroic yet, please be sure to sign up this week.
