Have you booked a Goal Review Yet?
Booking is now available through Mindbody.

Your coaches are ready and excited to help you achieve your goals or set some goals if you haven’t yet.

During a Goal Review, you and your coach will spend 30 minutes chatting about where you are currently, and where you want to be with your health & fitness. Setting a goal is very helpful but it can be hard to achieve without a plan/coach. That’s where we come in! If you already have a goal, we’d love to help you figure out a step-by-step plan to actually reach it.

 

Head over to Mindbody and click the new PERSONAL TRAINING tab. From here you can select the service you’d like to book. Free Goal Reviews can be booked here as well as 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions!

Once you’ve selected Personal Training or Free Goal Review, you will be prompted to choose:

  • which coach you’d like to book with
  • what day(s) of the week you would prefer
  • what time of day you’re available

Click “Search” and you’ll see a list of all the time slots available for you to book.

 

You can also chat with your coach next time you’re at the gym and ask them about booking a Goal Review.
