3-Position Squat Clean (Floor, Hang, Hi-Hang)
Note: Focus on maintaining contact with the bar throughout each lift. Add weight if you’re maintaining form and technique.
(2) WOD
For Time (10 min)
100ft Sled Push (Start with 4/2 x 45lbs plates)
7-5-3 Jerks (225/155)
*Add 1x45lb every round to the sled
