As promised, we have been working on some new and exciting things to bring to our community.
We are thrilled to announce that we are now offering FREE 30-minute
Goal Review Sessions to every single one of you!
If you are a long-time member, you may have never done a Goal Review session with a coach before, but we have learned that these sessions are so valuable that we have made them a part of every new member’s experience, right from the very first day.
What’s a Goal Review?
It’s all about YOU! The purpose of a goal review is for our coaches to get to know exactly what you want to achieve at every phase of your health and fitness journey, and then help you with a personalized approach to check off all your goals.
“I’m not sure what my goals are…”
That’s ok… We will help with that too! During a Goal Review, you and your coach will spend 30 minutes chatting about where you are at currently, and where you want to be with your health & fitness. We will help you set goals by asking simple questions like: What drives, or prevents you from coming to the gym every week? What have you already achieved, and what are you working towards? What obstacles has the current lockdown brought and how can we help you overcome them?
“I have some goals but I’m not sure I’m making progress, or I’d like to speed up my road to success…”
Many of you have already figured out some of your goals/challenges!
- You may be working towards getting your first pullup or first handstand pushup
- You may have set nutrition goals like cooking at home more often, cutting down on sugary drinks, or getting more protein in your diet
- Rest and recovery goals are a game changer if you don’t already have healthy sleep habits, or you find yourself constantly sore after a workout
- Your goal might be consistency in your routine, like coming to CFW to workout 3 days a week for the next month
- And of course… the legendary “CovidBOD” is getting out of hand!
Setting a goal can be so helpful but it can be hard to achieve without a plan/coach. That’s where we come in! If you already have a goal, we’d love to help you figure out a step-by-step plan to actually reach it.

We were all disappointed to get the news about another lockdown. Many of us faced tremendous obstacles last year, and the lockdowns were a huge part of that.
Let’s make this lockdown experience different!
What can you do right now that will take you to new heights in your health and fitness? How can you achieve your goals, no matter what circumstances you’re in? There are many opportunities to achieve more at this time, and we are here to help you!
We have said this before, but we will say it again: CFW would not still be here without all of you. We are so thankful for the support of our community. Many of you have reached out to ask how you can help us right now and booking a Goal Review is one way to help each other. Your health success directly leads to ours. Let’s keep growing together, improving our health and fitness, defying the odds, and getting healthier no matter what, even during a pandemic!

Very soon, you will see Goal Review sessions available to book on your Mindbody schedule. These are FREE to book for everyone with a CFW membership. There will be lots of options available so you can choose the best time or date for your schedule or seek out a specific coach when booking. Once you have booked your Goal Review session with a coach, they will follow up with you about meeting details.
You can also talk to a coach next time you’re at the gym about setting up a Goal Review with them. Maybe you could do it after class that day or later in the week?
We are already excited about the growth we know is coming in 2022. We are so thankful for another year to journey with our CFW community, working together to live happier, healthier lives!
