Note: The goal of todays strength & skill work is to develop coordination while moving the feet in the snatch balance. One main difference between the heaving snatch balance and the snatch balance is the movement of the feet into the receiving position. If you’re new to snatch balances, practice only the heaving snatch balance to develop a coordination of the overall movement before progressing to the snatch balance.
