3 Heaving Snatch Balance

Note: We are focusing on learning how to get into the bottom of the overhead squat with speed. The heaving snatch balance means that your feet don’t leave the floor or move. Keep your feet in squat width throughout the whole movement. See video and talk to your coach for more instruction.

Note: The focus of todays workout is to maintain a 80-90% pace throughout the 15 minute time frame. The goal is to complete a round every 90-120 sec.
