August schedule Changes

Hey CFW!
We are only one week away from August and the Mindbody schedule is updated and ready for you to sign up! It’s been amazing to see so many of you back in class and we look forward to having our community together more and more.
There are a few things to make note of on the August schedule. Please be aware of the small changes to class structure and timing so you can be sure you’re signing up for the best classes for you and your goals.
1. Early morning class structure
- The early morning birds have spoken and the 45 minute EXPRESS class is back!
- We sent a survey to 13 of our most consistent early morning class members to ask for their choice of class structure and timing.
- There was a majority vote in favour of a 45 minute EXPRESS class followed by a 45 minute Outside the Box Open Gym time
2. Noon time slot is now just a 60 min CFW WOD class
- There will no longer be a 30 minute open gym time before the 11:30 class.
- This decision was made based on trends in attendance and to make sure we are best using our resources
3. Tuesday mornings are coming back!
- The early morning and late afternoon classes have been getting busier every week! We were so excited to bring Thursday afternoons back a few weeks ago and are excited now to bring Tuesday mornings back as well.
- Starting the week of August 17th, you will see a fourth early morning option back on the schedule
- This decision was made based on attendance and feedback from our members so talk to your coaches about any changes you’d like to see because your opinion matters!
