There is no present or celebration that could show how much you are appreciated. As a mother you play many different roles in your family (especially during these times). Somehow, you find the strength and discipline to excel and be an extraordinary mother. You are a one-of-a-kind mom and deserve the best Mother’s Day ever! Happy Mother’s Day to all the CFW mothers!
🤸🏿♀️ Extra Programming Coming…🏋🏽♀️
During the lockdown we have been receiving feedback from members at home and inhouse. Based on the feedback, you have told us that you feel that you miss having a 60-minute CFW WOD class and that you may be missing some work. Starting this week you will notice some additional programming on TrainHeroic. This additional programming will appear as a block called “Extra” and will be there if you feel ready for a little bit more.
We kick off the next few weeks with two additional “blocks” per week. The programing of the extra blocks will consist of either: Body-weight/Gymnastic strength, Barbell strength, Odd Object work, or Endurance work. These additional blocks will be programmed on the most suitable day. If you rather save the “extra” work for another day, then we encourage that! For those that are looking for extra work to do on a day off, this will help you too. Carrying over the previous “extra” programming will help you fill in any days off or days that you have energy to burn! These extra blocks will be found on the TrainHeroic App and be labeled as “Extra”, which will be found after the “Cooldown”.
