Last Day to Register for the CFW Open Preparation Camp
Today is the final day to jump in on the CFW Open Preparation Camp as the sign up window closes tonight!
This camp is tailored to target your specific needs, as a CFW coach will provide you with a 20 minute Personal Training session each week for 5-weeks! Each check-in will be yours to discuss next week’s plan, watch your movements, learn a progression, talk nutrition, or anything else you require.
That’s right… 20 minutes a week for 5 weeks, equating to 100 minutes of 1-1 time for $50! This is triple the value for a regular PT session.
With the CrossFit Open coming up this March, this camp will also help you fast track your results, provide some motivation to keep your fitness going strong during lockdown, and add some good ol community fun.
