Note; For the snatch deadlift, emphasize pulling the knees back and maintaining a tall chest as you lift the bar to your hips.

Note: The goal of today’s workout is to build endurance in barbell cycling. Challenge yourself to complete all the movements unbroken consistently throughout the workout.
